Hoffman, Seth D., MD

Dr. Seth Hoffman joined Ohio Gastroenterology Group in 2008 after practicing in Chicago for three years. He earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. He completed his residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. He subsequently completed his fellowship at Loyola University in Maywood, IL. He is the Director of Endoscopy at Mt. Carmel East Hospital.
