Mehta, Dhairya, MD

Dr. Dhairya Mehta joined Ohio Gastroenterology Group in August 2021 after being employed in Dayton, Ohio for a year. He received his MBBS degree from the Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in 2007. He relocated to the United States in 2008 to complete an internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Health System and went on to complete a Gastroenterology Fellowship at University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Mehta earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Research from Case Western Reserve University. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in anti-obesity treatment, Barrett’s esophagus management and large polyp removal. Dr. Mehta is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
