Medical Scheduler
Full-time. 8am to 4.30 pm. Some flexibility in hours may be needed. Monday through Friday. Some travel may be necessary.
Summary:
Answering in-bound calls, scheduling office, hospital and center appointments, scheduling referrals, mail paperwork to patients, answer caller inquiries, etc.
Knowledge & Skills:
Great customer service and phone skills, previous medical scheduling exp. preferred; computer knowledge needed, HIPAA knowledge required.
