Charge Nurse

Full-time. Daytime Hours.  8 am to 4.30 pm.  Monday through Friday.  Primary location is at the Olentangy Center.  Some travel may be necessary.

Summary:

As a working charge nurse, will also provide daily supervision, leadership, and direction in the endoscopy centers. Under the supervision of the Administrator of Nursing, will act as a liaison and resource to all areas of the center. Will monitor patient care activities as well as staff weekly assignments, training, goals, etc.  

Knowledge & Skills:

RN License required. BSN preferred. Must have ACLS & BLS certifications.  Excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and good knowledge of GI nursing & ambulatory care. Experience with accreditation, licensure and Medicare standards preferred, but not required
